The concert will be at John Hancock Hall in the Back Bay Events Center, 180 Berkeley Street, Boston, MA from 1 pm to 3:30 pm.
1. Tickets
Tickets will be sold to adults and children older than 12 for $15 UNTIL THE DAY OF SPRING FLING. Tickets sold on the day of the concert, whether online or at the door, will cost $20. You can buy your tickets in advance by clicking here: bit.ly/springfling_2016
2. Performers
The ensembles performing in Spring Fling! are:
- K1 and K2
- Mingus
- Ellington
- Bernstein Winds
- All percussion players
- Abbado (full orchestra)
- DuPre (full orchestra)
- Dudamel (full orchestra)
- All percussion
3. Arrival Times
Here are the arrival times for those students that must
- 8:30 – Percussion players and students performing in special groups
- 9:45 – Dudamel winds, Abbado low strings
- 10:45 – Bernstein winds
- 11:10 – Ellington
- 12:30 – Dudamel strings, Bernstein strings, DuPre, Abbado
If your student’s ensemble is NOT listed under one of those arrival times, then your student should be at John Hancock Hall no later than 12:30.
4. Raffle tickets
Be sure to buy your tickets in the raffle to win a beautiful basket!Tickets are 3 for $5, and 25 for $20. Raffle tickets are available at the theater on the day of Spring Fling!
