Grade Four has been studying the American Revolution, and the concept of “heroism.” Through exploration of true and fictionalized accounts of historic events, they built an idea of what it took to sever the colonial cord to Great Britain, and began the discussion of “what’s fair in a protest.” As their final project, they took on the voices of characters who “maybe could have lived in Dorchester during the 18th century.”
