How will we know if we were accepted?
Families of accepted students will be notified over the phone the day of the lottery. They will also receive the Admissions Acceptance/ Learning Agreement form over the mail. This document will need to be signed and returned to the school within the allotted timeframe to secure a seat at Conservatory Lab. Please ensure that we have current contact information for your family.
Waitlisted students will also receive a letter with their waitlist number.
How does the wait list work?
Students not accepted are placed on the wait list until a space becomes available within the school year.
When a position is open, families are contacted in order of their wait list placement.
Families are responsible for calling the school with address/phone/email updates.
What is the registration process?
Accepted families will receive a phone call the day of the lottery, and a letter offering admission within a few days after the lottery. They will have 10 business days to return the letter, indicating whether they accept or decline the seat.
Families will have the option to attend an Enrollment Day to complete enrollment documents, or ask for enrollment documents to be mailed to their homes.
Completed registration packets should be dropped off by a parent/guardian, in person, by the due date.
